Safety & supervision

What is the supervision ratio?
We keep small groups with an average of one adult for every six children, ensuring close, personal attention at all times.
Is there supervision at night?
Yes. A member of our team is on duty 24/7, sleeping on-site, so an adult is always present and reachable through the night.
Are the instructors qualified?
All activities are led by nationally certified instructors, and every supervisor holds a valid first-aid and child-safety certification.
What happens in a medical emergency?
A trained health referent is on-site, and the medical centre of Val-d’Illiez plus the hospital of Monthey are nearby. Parents are contacted immediately in any urgent situation.

Health & wellbeing

Can you cater to allergies and special diets?
Absolutely. Please tell us about any allergy or dietary need when enrolling and our kitchen will adapt every meal accordingly.
Is halal food available?
Yes. Halal meals are available on request, prepared with care. Simply let us know at the time of booking.
Is there time and space for prayer?
Yes. We respectfully accommodate prayer times and provide a quiet space for children who wish to pray.
What if my child takes medication?
Our health referent securely stores and administers any prescribed medication, following your written instructions provided at arrival.

Travel & logistics

Do you welcome my child at the airport?
Yes. On request we arrange a private transfer and personal welcome at Geneva Airport, accompanying your child door-to-door to the camp and back.
How can I stay in touch with my child?
We provide regular updates and photos to parents, and arrange scheduled calls so you can speak with your child during their stay.
What languages does the team speak?
Our team is fluent in English, French and Arabic, so your child is always understood and comfortable.
What should my child bring?
A detailed packing list is sent after enrolment. Bed linen, towels and all sports equipment are provided or arranged by us.

Booking & payment

How do I reserve a place?
Enrol online through our secure form. A 30% deposit confirms your child’s place, with the balance due 30 days before arrival.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards and bank transfer. Details are provided during enrolment.
Is there a family discount?
Yes. Enrolling several children? Contact us for a tailored family rate.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation is available up to 30 days before the session start. Contact us for any specific circumstances.
